This policy applies to all independent mobile applications published under our developer account, including but not limited to AI Habit Tracker, Study Routine / Habit Tracker, AI Notes, and other mobile utility software. 2. Information Collection and Use

We are committed to minimizing data collection. The types of data processed depend on how you interact with individual applications:

• User-Provided Content: Notes, habit definitions, routine schedules, checklists, and preferences you input into our applications are primarily stored locally on your device unless explicit cloud synchronization features are selected.
• Device & Diagnostic Information: When you use our applications, basic technical data such as device manufacturer, model, operating system version, crash diagnostics, and performance metrics may be collected automatically by third-party SDKs to diagnose bugs and maintain application stability.
• Advertising Identifiers: Non-sensitive identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) may be accessed by advertising partners to deliver relevant advertisements in supported ad-funded applications.

3. Advertising & Google AdMob

Some of our free mobile applications may be supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and process information about your device, including:

• Device advertising identifier (Google AAID)
• IP address and approximate coarse location
• Ad interaction metrics (views, clicks, and impressions)

These third-party ad networks use this information to serve relevant, personalized or non-personalized advertisements, monitor ad delivery, and prevent fraudulent ad traffic. We implement authorized digital seller standards, including AdMob app-ads.txt verification, to protect the integrity of the advertising supply chain.

• Internet Access (INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to load advertisements, verify app licensing, and sync cloud data if enabled.
• Notification Access (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used solely to deliver user-scheduled routine reminders, habit alerts, and study timers.
• Camera Access (CAMERA): Utilized exclusively by Document Scanner and AI Expense Manager to capture document scans and receipts locally on your device. Camera streams are processed in memory and never transmitted without explicit user consent.
• Storage Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used to save scanned PDF documents and export habit/financial reports directly to your local file system.

You have full control over these permissions and can grant or revoke them at any time in your device's application settings.

Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
